Shipping:
All BOKKX chocolate orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped by standard mail - via Canada Post. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00 and rates will increase based on the volume and weight of the order. If chocolates are shipped outside of Canada the customer may be required to pay import fees.

Refunds:
All BOKKX products are warranted against defects of materials or workmanship. Chocolates and chocolate gives are packaged to maximize freshness and the integrity of the product, however shipping may cause some minor damage to the product. If for any reason you find that your BOKKX Chocolates are not satisfactory, please contact us. How do I make a return? Product returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization. An authorization can be obtained by contacting BOKKX Chocolate Customer Service.
